Deal Solution Manager
We are seeking a skilled Deal Solution Manager to craft tailored technical solutions that align with customer requirements and our client's capabilities. The role involves collaborating across teams to design solutions, estimate costs, and support pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own the architectural design through early project phases (request, concept, high-level) and transition to delivery teams post-order.
Collaborate with Bid Managers, Sales Consultants, Enterprise Architects, and Production teams across regions.
Build strong relationships with customers, earning “trusted advisor” status while maintaining internal connections.
Present and confidently explain solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Stay informed on market trends to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
5–10 years of experience in Telecommunications (TC) with expertise in solution architecture or service delivery.
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Broad knowledge of enterprise TC technologies, with in-depth expertise in specific areas.
Strong commercial awareness, planning, and presentation skills.
Ability to mentor junior team members and manage complex, cross-functional challenges.
Technical Expertise
Customer-facing architecture experience.
Industry qualifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMI, Prince2, ITIL).
Proficiency in enterprise technologies: virtualization, VoIP, (SD)WAN/LAN/MAN, security (firewalls, DMZs), HA/DR, MPLS, and managed network solutions.
