We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, business and partnerships. Key responsibilities
Commercial development and opportunity creation
Identify and develop new opportunities with mobile network operators, broadcasters, enterprises and infrastructure partners
Translate customer needs and challenges into clear technical and commercial propositions
Build and maintain a strong and healthy opportunity pipeline
Lead commercial negotiations and successfully close strategic deals
Tender ownership
Manage the full tender process, from qualification through to submission
Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, product and legal teams to develop compelling proposals
Ensure proposals are both technically robust and commercially competitive
Market insights and strategic contribution
Monitor developments in telecom, mobile networks, indoor connectivity, digital infrastructure and broadcasting
Identify opportunities for innovation and market growth
Provide insights to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making
Relationship management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across operators, enterprises, real estate owners and public organisations
Act as a trusted advisor in telecom and broadcast-related discussions
Translate customer insights into input for portfolio and solution development
Your profile
At least 5 years of experience in telecom, broadcasting, digital infrastructure or a related field
Experience working with mobile network operators and/or indoor connectivity solutions
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate on both technical and strategic levels
Skilled in translating technical concepts into clear customer value
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in Dutch and English
A relevant network within mobile network operators, broadcasters or indoor solution partners is a strong advantage
